Terms of Service — Wiz Utils
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wiz Utils service, including the Discord bot and associated website features. By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance
By inviting or using the bot you confirm that you have authority to do so in the server, that you are at least 13 years old, and you will comply with applicable laws and platform terms (Discord ToS).
2. Service usage & obligations
You may use Wiz Utils for lawful and permitted purposes. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:
- Abuse, spam or automated misuse of commands
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Service
- Using the Service to violate laws, infringe rights or invade privacy
3. Permissions & configuration
The bot requires appropriate permissions to perform actions (sending messages, managing roles, reading channel context where necessary). You are responsible for granting the correct permissions and for any misconfiguration. We are not liable for actions caused by mistaken configuration or server-side management.
4. Paid / premium features
Some features may be paywalled. Payments are processed through third-party providers; refund policy is handled case-by-case. Premium abuse may lead to suspension.
5. Data & privacy
All data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you consent to processing necessary to deliver functionality.
6. Availability & disclaimers
We strive for reliability but make no guarantees of uptime or error-free operation. We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or indirect damages arising from use of the Service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wiz Utils and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate service or access for abuse, violations, or legal requirements. You can remove the bot from your server at any time.
9. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator is based (India). Disputes should be raised to igmayankgupta@gmail.com.
